Good to know before you install Grafikhuset Publi PDF
Before you install Grafikhuset Publi PDF you should read this document carefully to determine which installation method that suits you best:
- Single client installation
- Deployment to multiple clients
- Single server installation
- Deployment to multiple servers
Note to Windows Vista users: Grafikhuset Publi PDF does run perfectly well on Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008, but currently the new UAC features must be turned effectively OFF during installation (see the Windows Vista Security Guide for details). Otherwise installation on both these new UAC enabled platforms will fail.
Single client installation
Installing Grafikhuset Publi PDF Single User Edition is quite simple. However, you should read the following documents to avoid unexpected difficulties:

Note that you should use attended queues for this type of installation.
Deployment to multiple clients
If you need to maintain several client computers with equal Publi PDF installations you will definitely like to know about the command line interface and the special configuration file format for the included QueueInstaller application.
Using QueueInstaller you can easily create an install script that creates identical print queues for each user.
Single server installation
The basic installation of the Single Server Edition is pretty much identical to that of the Single User Edition. However, when installation is completed a few manual tasks is or may be required:
